Testimonials
What people say
"She tailored the whole workout to my fitness goals and level. I left the workout feeling more energized and just sore enough to feel like I did something good for myself and hit the right spots. She brought all the equipment and the music and was very knowledgeable."
Netta GrutmanLawyer"She asked really good questions throughout the session, and it showed how much she cared about my overall health and well being. She is a sincere, positive breath of fresh air, and a real fitness expert."
Julia Blumsinger/songwriter"From day one, she truly listened to me, my body, my needs, and my goals, while still knowing exactly when and how to push me in the most supportive, empowering way. Her knowledge of the body is incredible, and as a dancer herself, she understands movement on such a deep level, which made our work together feel like a perfect fit."
